Damp and Mould Supervisor About the Role We are looking for an experienced Damp and Mould Supervisor to oversee teams of subcontractors delivering repairs and maintenance works across residential properties. This is a hands-on leadership role where you''ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving performance, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer service. You''ll ensure works are completed efficiently, on time, and in line with all relevant compliance and health and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise subcontractors carrying out damp and mould repairs and maintenance works. Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, to specification, and to a high standard. Monitor productivity, quality, and performance through regular site visits and inspections. Review completed works, ensuring coding accuracy and appropriate justification for variations. Liaise with planners, administrators, and operational teams to maintain efficient workflows and accurate reporting. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation, quality standards, and industry regulations.
