Manage and develop your own client base on a consultancy basis.Access to nationwide offices and meeting rooms.Utilize accreditations and lender panels, and leverage referrals of larger clients.Qualifications

Solicitors, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancers with 4+ years PQE.Expertise in residential or commercial property in the private and/or public sectors.Compensation and Benefits

Earn up to 75% of your billed fees (split will not drop below 70%).Refer larger, established clients; immediate access to lender panels and accreditations.PII cover up to £20 million.Access to nationwide offices and meeting rooms; free calls through our app.Fully optimized CMS and electronic systems; access to business development; dedicated liaison team; technical head for operations, legal support and training.Location and Work Arrangements
