This is far more than a support role. You''ll be a trusted adult, mentor and advocate, providing consistency, encouragement and emotional support that helps a young person overcome barriers and achieve their potential. Working as part of a specialist multi-disciplinary team, you''ll help create positive daily experiences, celebrate progress, and make a genuine difference to a student''s life, both inside and outside the classroom.
