Job Title: Employment Paralegal Location: London (Hybrid working) Salary: 30k - 40k Overview We are seeking an experienced Employment Paralegal to join the legal team in a long-term role supporting a busy practice. The position focuses predominantly on employment law, with opportunities to support general litigation and some commercial matters. Key Responsibilities:Support solicitors across a broad range of employment matters including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, investigations, contracts, and HR policy work.Assist with Employment Tribunal matters, including drafting ET3 responses, preparing bundles, disclosure management, and case preparation.Conduct detailed legal research and prepare clear, structured briefing notes on employment legislation and case law.Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and internal reports.Provide support on general litigation matters where required, such as document review and preparing court documents.Assist with commercial work including reviewing agreements and supporting due diligence.Liaise with clients, counsel, and internal teams to progress matters effectively.Maintain accurate records, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
