About the Role As a Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance and efficiency of the organisation''s financial operations. Working closely with internal teams and leading the transactional and payroll functions, you will help shape processes that support high-performance and effective financial stewardship. Key Responsibilities Prepare annual statutory accounts in line with regulatory requirementsCollaborate with the Treasury team to produce accurate cash flow forecastsOversee the payroll team, ensuring timely and accurate submissionsPrepare and submit tax compliance and VAT returnsLead on the annual rent and service charge increase submissionEnsure full maintenance and accuracy of Fixed Asset registersSupport and develop the transactional finance team to ensure processes align with policies and best practice Experience and Qualifications Fully Qualified Accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)Strong financial accounting
