Marc Daniels are working with a global company based in Slough who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their exciting team.You will play a key part in maintaining accurate purchase ledger accounts and supporting the finance operations for multiple sites. Working within a professional, fast-paced environment, you''ll handle high volumes of invoices, ensure supplier queries are resolved efficiently, and support the Purchase Ledger Supervisor in the smooth running of the department.This role will require the right candidate to go into the office 5 days a week. (Free car park onsite)Key ResponsibilitiesProcess invoices, credit notes, and payments accurately and on timeManage supplier relationships, resolve queries, and reconcile statementsSupport preparation of BACS and same-day paymentsAssist in stock invoice matching reconciliationsLiaise with managers for invoice authorisations and codingContribute to year-end audit processes and maintain compliance with internal policiesAbout YouMinimum of 3 year experience in a Purchase Ledger or Purchase-to-Pay roleConfident, proactive, and deadline-drivenStrong attention to detail with excellent communication skillsAble to work both independently and collaborativelyIT literate with intermediate Excel skillsBy applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
