The successful candidate will have solid experience in ocean freight forwarding, familiarity with carrier platforms, and the ability to handle export documentation accurately and efficiently.Job type: PermanentHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pmSalary: Up to 35,000 per annumBenefits: 25 days holiday, Private Healthcare, Pension SchemeKey Responsibilities:Manage the full cycle of ocean export shipments from booking through to final delivery.Communicate with carriers to secure bookings, track sailings, and resolve scheduling issues.Prepare, verify, and issue all export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).Ensure compliance with export regulations, Incoterms, and internal company policies.Coordinate with customs brokers, warehouses, and trucking companies to ensure timely dispatch.Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems.Provide excellent customer service by keeping clients informed and resolving any shipment-related queries promptly.Skills required:2-4 years of proven experience in ocean export operations or freight forwarding with a UK based freight forwarderUnderstand and experienced in handling customs documentation as well as dealing with entriesRight to work in the UK (No sponsorship on offer)Hands-on experience using shipping line plat
