You''ll be the central point of contact for a wide range of facilities-related matters, working closely with colleagues, suppliers, contractors, and landlords to keep our offices running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Head Office reception and provide a professional first impression for visitors.Co-ordinate facilities maintenance and repairs across multiple office locations.Liaise with contractors, suppliers, landlords, and service providers.Manage facilities-related enquiries and requests.Arrange planned maintenance and monitor completion of works.Support office moves, workplace improvements, and office set-up activities.Maintain facilities records, documentation, and supplier information.Assist with health and safety compliance requirements.Monitor facilities expenditure and process supplier invoices where required.Build effective relationships with colleagues across the business.What We''re Looking ForPrevious experience in facilities, office management, or a similar role.Good understanding of health and ..... full job details .....
