Our client is a leading high-end residential main contractor delivering some of London''s most prestigious refurbishment, restoration and bespoke new build projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering luxury residential schemes to the highest standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys managing complex, design-led projects where quality is paramount.
Responsibilities

• Manage high-end residential projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Lead refurbishment, extension, basement and bespoke new build projects.
• Manage programmes, budgets and project delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and direct labour.
• Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout construction.
• Build strong relationships with private clients, architects and interior designers.
• Chair site and progress meetings.
• Monitor project risks and implement solutions proactively.
• Ensure all health & safety requirements are met.
• Manage procurement alongside the commercial team.
• Produce regular progress reports.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure an exceptional client experience from start to finish.
• Manage project documentation and quality inspections.
• Support successful project handovers.

• Previous experience as a Project Manager.
• Extensive high-end residential experience is essential.
• Experience delivering luxury refurbishments and bespoke homes.
• Strong understanding of premium finishes and detailing.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
