We are seeking a Service Manager to lead a high-performing countywide service supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs across Essex. In this key leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day service delivery, support and develop a skilled team, and work closely with commissioners and partners to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services that empower people to make and sustain positive change. The support offered includes signposting, onward referrals, liaison with other professionals, advocating on people''s behalf as well as accompanying people to services. As a Service Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of a highly performing, County Wide service that makes a tangible difference to the lives of those it works with.
