Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Team Leader or Supervisor to join them on an interim basis in the Bristol area. This role will support the delivery of a large, high-volume payroll spanning multiple sites, so experience managing payroll across multi-location environments is essential.
 
Key responsibilities of the Payroll Team Leader:

- Manage the end-to-end payroll process.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery for multiple sites.
- Work closely with a range of stakeholders and act as a primary contact.
- Lead a small payroll team.

 
The ideal Payroll Team Leader will be:

- A qualified payroll professional.
- Experienced in high-volume payroll environments across multiple countries.
- Strong technical payroll knowledge.
- Ideally enjoy working in fast-paced environments and working with a range of stakeholders.
