Job Title: Contracts ManagerLocation: BristolSalary: Up to £75,000 DOE Job Summary: Fusion People are seeking an experienced and proactive Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of maintenance and facilities management services across a dedicated client portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reactive, quoted, and planned works, ensuring exceptional service delivery while maintaining profitability, compliance, and client satisfaction. As the primary point of contact for your assigned client, you will build strong working relationships, coordinate labour and subcontractors, conduct site surveys, prepare quotations, and ensure all contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved.
