Calling all Modular Build Project Managers - Build Space needs you What a week we have had in terms of work winning, the market is popping off!We have an urgent Project Manager position on a 9m build project in Exeter - it''s a beauty. 4 x buildings delivered over 10 months.- Are you an experienced, No.1 Project Manager with good Modular Build knowhow?- Do you have Tier 1 Main Contractor experience?- Are you hot on process and procedures?If so, Build Space has the perfect role for you Project Manager roles and responsibilities:- Planning and Scheduling: Developing project plans, setting milestones, and creating detailed schedules.- Budget and Cost Control: Monitoring expenditures, negotiating contracts, and preventing cost overruns.- Site Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.- Coordination: Liaising with architects, engineers, clients, and local authorities for permits.- Quality and Safety Assurance: Enforcing safety protocols and conducting inspections to meet quality standards.- Reporting: Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.Project Manager experience required:- Minimum 10 years Project Manager experience.- Good Modular Build experience.- CSCS Black / White, First Aid, SMSTS.- Excellent IT / reporting / communication skills.- BPSS Security Clearance.A knockout contract role that runs until Jan 2027, we are looking to get somebody started ASAP.
