, you’ll be responsible for shaping, managing and optimising their end-to-end supply chain as they scale. Reporting directly to the founder, you’ll lead on sourcing and managing
international suppliers

operations across DTC and retail
, and build a supply chain function that can support rapid growth — both in the UK and globally.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the

, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and sustainabilityLead
forecasting, planning, and inventory management
across multiple sales channelsDrive efficiency across logistics, warehousing, and fulfilmentNavigate international supply chain complexities as we launch in new marketsCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Sales, and MarketingBuild and grow a high-performing supply chain team as we scaleImplement robust systems and processes to enable visibility, traceability, and scalabilityManage supplier relationships and contracts, including risk mitigation and complianceSupport sustainability goals through responsible sourcing and reduced environmental impactWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience leading global supply chain operations, ideally in a
