You will work efficiently and proactively to deliver high-quality IT support to a wide range of end users.Security clearance, or willingness to apply, is required for this role. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain IT hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals) across multiple sites. This may also include basic server, AV, telephony, and network-related tasks. Resolve operating system and application-related incidents following defined procedures. Complete IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks to required specifications. Communicate effectively with internal teams and on-site contacts throughout the day. Manage part movements (RMA generation and physical handling) promptly and accurately. Meet KPIs and performance targets as defined for the role.
