Relevant experience may include:Commercial property acquisitions and disposals.Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, renewals and related landlord and tenant matters.Commercial lending, remortgages and buy-to-let transactions.Residential lease extensions and other non-contentious property work.Development projects, including options, overage provisions and Section 106 agreements.Agricultural property transactions and multi-unit developments.Business and company share transactions, shareholders'' agreements and associated commercial documentation.
