Salary: £26,500 - £28,000 DOE
Working Week and Hours: Monday – Friday / 08:00am - 17:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing:
£ Business Development and Sales Activity – Regular Sales Activity – Business Development with new and existing clientele.
£ Job Requirement Analysis – Collaborate with hiring managers and sales leaders to understand the specific skills, qualifications, and experience needed for various roles.
£ Candidate Sourcing – Actively search for prospect candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
£ Candidate Screening – Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, sales skills, and cultural fit with the organisation.
£ Interview Coordination – Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing the logistics of the interview process from start to finish.
£ Candidate Assessment – Administer assessments or tests to evaluate candidates’ general abilities and potential for success in the role.
£ Reference Checks – Conduct reference checks to verify candidates’ work history, performance, and suitability for positions.
£ Offer Negotiation – Assist in negotiating job offers, compensation packages, and other employment terms to secure the placement.
£ Onboarding Support – Collaborate with HR teams and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for newly hired employees.
£ Market Research – Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.
£ Maintain Candidate Database – Keep a comprehensive database of potential candidates for future opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
£ A confident communicator with experience in sales or customer service
£ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
£ A keen understanding of recruitment, employment rights, diversity and inclusion principles
£ A positive, driven attitude – ready to thrive in a fast-paced industry
£ A full UK driving licence – essential for visiting clients and candidates
