What will you be doing? Leading on building and fire safety compliance across a broad housing portfolio, including 5,483 rented homes, 15 shared ownership properties, and 601 leaseholds Acting as the main point of contact for the Building Safety Regulator, overseeing reporting, performance, and assurance across HRRBs Owning the Asbestos Management Plan and supporting compliance with all property-related safety duties Advising and guiding senior leaders, contractors, and residents on fire and structural safety under the new Building Safety regime Coordinating cross-departmental relationships to avoid silos and promote consistent, risk-aware working practices Leading on health and safety-related policy, KPIs, training, and contract performance monitoring Supporting with internal reports and strategic planning as part of the wider Neighbourhood and Assets leadership team Helping embed a proactive culture of compliance, data transparency, and tenant engagement What are we looking for?
