In this role, the successful candidate will be the engine behind production scheduling and inventory workflows, acting as the primary, daily point of contact for supply chain partners via phone and email to ensure seamless material availability and strong vendor alignment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier Relationship Management: Actively engage with suppliers on a daily basis via phone and email to manage orders, resolve discrepancies, and drive performance.Material Planning and Scheduling: Drive material requirements planning (MRP) to align production schedules with operational demands.Inventory Control: Maintain strict inventory accuracy through regular warehouse stock audits and data analysis.Logistics Management: Coordinate smooth in- and out-bound flows for components, consumables, and finished goods.Supplier Performance: Monitor and track supplier metrics, including OTIF (On Time In Full), to ensure reliability.ERP Integrity: Maintain robust ERP data accuracy, adjusting forecasts dynamically based on actual consumption trends.Waste Reduction: Analyse stock data proactively to identify, manage, and reduce obsolete or excess inventory.Continuous Improvement: Support long-term supply ..... full job details .....
