Senior Business Manager (m/f/d) , you''ll be part of the Supply Chain/ Controls (SCC) team that enables construction of NTTs data centers worldwide. The SCC team is responsible for Supply Chain, Cost Management, Estimating, and Scheduling programs across all major data center construction projects. This position is responsible for developing, managing, and driving cross functional initiatives such as critical KPIs, strategic objectives, strategic project planning, continuous improvement programs, and organizational metrics. The Senior Business Manager will work closely with SCC Directors to engage and drive business performance and coordinate with partner organizations on strategic initiatives.What you will do
Support cross-organizational projects and initiatives to meet the changing business environment and manage complex business needs.Drive team data strategy. Partner to implement systems and tools ensuring ongoing data completeness and integrity. Create and manage on-going review cadence for key team metrics.Manage and support implementation of data for reporting/communications/KPIsProject level reporting, consolidated to regional reporting, then consolidated to global reportingStructuring document strategy to ensure consistency and transparency of data across the teamFacilitation and reporting of critical meetingsGlobal OKR tracking and supportWork with leaders to define and operationalize improvements to the teams communication strategy inclusive of SharePoint design and administration, new communication mediums, deck templates, and more.Streamline business processes across the business unit, optimizing quality, efficiency, and effective resource management. This includes the development of business processes and tools to continuously improve organizational efficiency. Align globally to ensure best practices are shared and utilized.Serve as key internal GID partner cross-regionally. Work with counterparts to strengthen global alignment on processes, priorities, and support. Support regional execution while driving toward globally standardized outputs and products.Partner closely with stakeholders across the team, along with talent acquisition and recruiting, to manage people and non-people targets.Communicate changes in procedures to the wider organizationIdentify constraints, concerns, and present proposed solutions to mitigate to the stakeholdersIdentify and perform ad-hoc analysis, as needed to support decisions and project deliveryWhat we are looking for
Background, experience, and education in Construction Management, Data Centers, PMP/PgMP, is a plusBA or BS required.
