What You ll Do Install, service, maintain, repair, and upgrade fire alarm and AOV systems. Complete full system installations and upgrades to the highest standard. Conduct scheduled inspections, testing, and maintenance. Work confidently with a variety of fire alarm control panels, including closed protocol systems. Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with BS 7671 and BS 5839 regulations. Complete reports, certifications, and digital job documentation. Work safely and in accordance with current Health and Safety legislation. Liaise effectively with colleagues, office staff, and supervisors. What You ll Need Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification. FIA training and AO Level 3 in Fire Detection and Alarm Design Theory. Minimum 5 years experience in the fire safety industry.
