The Ideal Candidate Will: Be a qualified RGN with at least 6 months of experience in an acute NHS setting (AandE or Assessment Suite experience is highly desirable).Excel in clinical assessment and triage, ensuring patients are prioritized effectively based on clinical need.Be proficient in emergency clinical skills, including cannulation, venepuncture, and ECGs.Be a calm and effective communicator, able to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including paramedics, consultants, and social services.Act as a mentor to junior staff and students, maintaining high standards of clinical practice across the ward.Be confident in managing high-stress situations and providing emotional support to
