Fixed Term Contract: until 05 November 2027 We are looking for an experienced People Advisor to provide a responsive and people-focused HR service, partnering with managers and employees across allocated business areas to provide practical advice and guidance throughout the employee lifecycle. As part of the People Business Partnering team, you''ll collaborate closely with colleagues across the People and Culture team: Resourcing and Reward, Organisational Development and Culture, and Health, Safety and Wellbeing. Our People and Culture team works with approximately 800 employees carrying out an incredibly diverse range of work, from caring for our film collections and bringing festivals and events to life, to running our cinemas and delivering essential business functions. What you''ll do Provide advice and guidance across the employee lifecycle, including probation, performance, family leave, organisational change and employee exits. Advise and coach managers on employee relations matters taking a practical, solutions-focused approach and escalating complex cases appropriately. Contribute to workforce and recruitment planning, including team structures, job evaluation, pay and grading. Deliver accurate and efficient people processes, maintaining employee records, contractual changes and HR systems.
