This role involves supporting 6 young people aged 10-17 with emotional and behavioural needs, creating a safe, nurturing and fun environment—just like any good parent would.Responsibilities

Support 6 young people aged 10-17 with emotional and behavioural needs; create a safe, nurturing and fun environmentParticipate in activities with the young people, including swimming, football, cycling and days outDaily report writing to ensure each young person’s voice is heard and progress trackedQualifications

Ideally 2+ years'' experience working with children/young people with EBD, but not essentialIdeally a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care - Children and Young People (or equivalent)A genuine passion for helping young people thriveEnergy, empathy and a team-player attitudeBenefits
