Ensure students remain on task with the work set and follow the school''s behaviour policies. Provide support where needed, helping to clarify instructions and keep students engaged. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school expectations. Report back to teaching staff on student progress and any issues during cover lessons.Requirements: Experience working with young people in a school, coaching, or youth work setting. Strong classroom presence and the ability to manage behaviour effectively. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A flexible, reliable, and positive approach.
