Working closely with Account Managers, you will help ensure programmes run smoothly, support marketing communications and act as a key point of contact for customers and suppliers.This role is ideal for marketing or business graduates, or individuals with administration or customer service experience looking to transition into an agency environment.Key Responsibilities Respond to client and programme participant enquiries via telephone and email.Manage programme inboxes, resolve queries and escalate complaints when necessary.Support Account Managers with communication plans, campaign ideas and email creation.Update website content and maintain accurate customer records.Check, prepare and upload programme data.Use Excel to analyse data and produce reports.Coordinate supplier orders, monitor costs and verify orders against agreed budgets.Assist with project administration and attend client meetings as required.
