We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property and Asset Manager to join our Commercial Assets Team and take ownership of the day-to-day management and performance of a diverse commercial property portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded property professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, negotiating successful outcomes and driving portfolio performance. You will play a key role in protecting and growing income, ensuring compliance, managing lease events and delivering excellent asset management standards across our commercial properties. In this role you will be responsible for the effective management of Southern Housing''s commercial property portfolio, ensuring assets are occupied, income is protected and obligations are met.
