As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during short-term teacher absences. You do not need to plan lessons; your primary focus is delivering pre-set work, keeping students on task, and maintaining high behavioural standards in the classroom. Key Responsibilities: Supervise whole classes and deliver work set by absent subject teachers. Implement school behaviour policies firmly and consistently to ensure a calm learning atmosphere.
