We''re seeking a proactive and hands-on

1st and 2nd Line IT Support Analyst

with a minimum of 3 years'' experience to join a dynamic IT team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, SME environment and is confident in supporting users across on-premise, hybrid, and remote setups.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1st and 2nd line support across the business for end-user issues, applications, hardware, and systems.Maintain and administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Active Directory, and VoIP systems.Support and manage endpoints, mobile devices, and peripherals.Perform basic hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting.Support Veeam and VMware solutions, including basic administration and backup.Provide ongoing support for our ERP system and assist with routine system administration.

Essential Skills And Experience

Minimum 3 years'' experience in a 1st and 2nd Line IT Support role.Strong helpdesk and user support background in an SME or similar environment.Experience supporting Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint Online.Solid understanding of VoIP systems and basic telephony support.Good working knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and endpoint management.Experience in vendor management and dealing with external IT providers.Working knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) platforms.Involvement in project delivery or technical rollout initiatives.Confident supporting both technical and non-technical users.
