This is a key role for a proactive professional who can manage systems, audits, and training while driving a culture of safety and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: Ensure legal compliance with all HSE requirements and implement changes as needed. Manage and monitor policies, risk assessments, audits, and corrective actions. Oversee compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement preventative measures. Maintain COSHH and DSE registers and deliver HSE training, inductions, and toolbox talks. Develop and execute health surveillance and wellbeing strategies. Collaborate with HR and management on risk assessments and occupational health referrals. Prepare reports for KPIs, board reviews, and monthly management meetings. Requirements: NEBOSH General Certificate or Diploma (essential). Auditor trained with strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001. Proven experience in HSE roles within a manufacturing environment.
