About the role Our Client is a growing business / accountancy practice looking for a Part-Qualified Accountant to join its finance team. You will play a key role in month-end reporting while we support you to finish your ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualification. What you will do Prepare month-end journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations Help produce management accounts and variance analysis Maintain the fixed asset register and balance sheet reconciliations Prepare VAT returns and support year-end audits Work with budget holders to explain costs and forecasts Help improve finance processes and controls What you need Studying towards ACCA, CIMA or ACA, with good exam progress 2+ years in a finance or accounting role Experience with month-end and balance sheet reconciliations Strong Excel skills (including lookups and pivot tables) Accurate, organised and good with deadlines Nice to have Experience with Sage, Xero, NetSuite or SAP Management accounts experience Experience supporting an external audit ..... full job details .....
