They are seeking a skilled and motivated Workshop based Service Engineer to join their team in Rochester, KentThe RoleYour responsibilities will include:Servicing and Repairing Forklifts:Conduct regular servicing and repairs and refurbishment of forklifts rucks nd materials handling equipment, including gas, electric, and diesel models.Fault Diagnosis and Repair:Refurbish and re-sprayConduct thorough fault-finding and perform efficient repairs to minimize downtime of equipment.Safety Compliance:Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and best practices.Key RequirementsProven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, with a strong background in HGV, forklift, plant hire, or similar industries.Experience working on ships or within the Royal Forces is also valuable.Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair faults effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.What Is on OfferCompetitive salary starting at 35,000, with the potential to earn up to 48,000 through overtime and bonuses.Uncapped overtime at time and a half after 8 hours.40-hour workweek.25 days of annual leave, increasing with service up to 32 days.Excellent opportunities for profession
