The school supports pupils across year 6 and 7 with a wide range of learning disabilities as well as challenging behaviour. About the Role:The role will involve planning and delivering lessons to small classes of pupils with a wide range of SEND and challenging behaviour, including Severe Learning Difficulties, ASD, ADHD and SEMH.Some pupils may be none-verbal or pre-verbal, so the relationship-building skills and resilience of the successful candidate will be key.Building positive relationships with pupils and Teaching Assistants to create excellent learning environments.A key part of the role will be to differentiate lessons appropriately and work effectively alongside other members of staff to ensure all pupils are able to make progress and are taught in a way that is suited to their individual needs and learning styles.
