The Role, Primary School Teacher, Caerphilly
As a Primary School Teacher in Caerphilly, you will play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment, supporting pupils to reach their potential through well-planned lessons aligned to the national curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Plan and prepare lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Assess, monitor and record pupil progress, providing clear feedback and support
• Maintain positive behaviour and an inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and wider school staff to support pupil development
• Promote safeguarding and ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils

Requirements and Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven classroom experience within Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Ability to differentiate and adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs, including SEN where required
• A proactive, professional approach and strong commitment to safeguarding
• Eligibility to work in the UK

Pay and Benefits

• -173.00 per day (depending on experience)
