Our client is a well-established business specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of aluminium systems, delivering high-quality solutions across the commercial and residential construction markets.Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to join their team in Newcastle.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven individual with a strong background in aluminium systems and specification sales, particularly with experience selling into architects, specifiers, consultants, and contractors.The RoleAs Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business and developing existing client relationships across the region.You will work closely with architects, design teams, developers, and main contractors to promote the company s aluminium systems and secure project specifications from early design stage through to order.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a strategic business development planSecure meetings with architects, specifiers, façade consultants, and contractorsPromote the company s aluminium systems portfolioDrive product specifications at design stageBuild strong relationships with key decision-makers within the construction marketIdentify and convert new business opportunitiesManage existing accounts and key client relationshipsLiaise with internal technical, design, and estimating teamsMonitor market activity and competitor movementsSupport projects through from specification to
