Mode Search are collaborating with a global, luxury Multi-brand shopping destination retailer in their search for a Reward Advisor.Boasting an array of desirable brands, this is a highly regarded epicentre of fashion for the UK. Well respected in the luxury sector, this billion dollar turnover global business has a strong international presence.This is an exciting opportunity for a Reward Advisor to take responsibility for end-to-end compensation and benefits strategies. The successful candidate will take ownership for reward processes, salary review, bonus allocation, job grading and harmonisation.The role offers remote working with travel to the HQ based in Oxfordshire once or twice a week.The Role:A track record of winning new business and a willingness to contribute to business and practice developmentExperience and in-depth knowledge of defined contribution pensions, life assurance, income protection, private medical and other wider benefits, in terms of both technical and market expertiseAbility to network within a large organisationManage the ongoing design and development of remuneration programs and projects, specifically the new remuneration frameworkProactively engage with business representatives to identify opportunities for further improvements to current remuneration strategiesDay-to-day management of incentives plans, Team Bonus Pools, Performance Fees and Carried InterestRespond to requests for remuneration solutions as generated in the businessRun and deliver the annual salary review process and Bonus process towards HR ManagementRegular salary benchmark and analysis, market surveys and country pay scalesRequirements:Strong experience in compensation, benefits, and reward practices within a corporate HR environmentProven ability to analyse and interpret salary benchmarking data and support annual reward cyclesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise HR and business leadersProficiency in Excel and HR systems, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and complianceThe salary offered is £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience, plus great benefits.Please note that due to a high number of applications we are currently receiving we are unfortunately not able to provide individual feedback to every candidate at this stage of the process.
