Build and manage a network of contractor clients. Provide on-site and remote technical support and advice. Conduct detailed roof surveys and generate professional reports. Prepare project specifications in line with industry guidelines (e.g. NBS). Maintain accurate and timely records in the company''s CRM and quality management systems. Monitor market trends and share insights with the business. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its strong industry reputation. Essential Requirements: Full clean UK driving licence. Proven sales experience within the construction sector - ideally with flat roofing or waterproofing solutions. Strong knowledge of the North London region. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook. Excellent co
