Conveniently situated close to Leatherhead, Epsom, Woking and Guildford.This extensively renovated Hotel, Bar and Restaurant boasts panoramic views offering a perfect backdrop for a delightful dining experience.With new meeting and event spaces, they are ready to host meetings, events and weddings etc.They are looking for a Sous Chef that is enthusiastic and creative, who ideally has a similar background, and experience in a hotel kitchen. As Sous Chef, you will be expected to work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that every aspect of the service runs smoothly, and in their absence take control of the kitchen. You must have a good working knowledge of every section of the kitchen and also have previous experience training junior chefs.
