Attend and complete repair appointments punctually, aiming for first-time resolution. Diagnose necessary remedial work, organise appointments, and arrange required materials. Ensure the safe use and condition of company tools, equipment, and fleet vehicles. Participate in the company''s out-of-hours emergency repair and maintenance rota as required. You To be successful in the role of Multi-Skilled Operative, you''ll have the following skills and experience: Level 2 Building Maintenance Multi-Trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations or equivalent.
