Basic Salary: £31,000
OTE: £38,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm

What You''ll Be Doing
·Managing and arranging Service Department bookings with efficiency and care.
·Ensuring smooth and effective workshop loading while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
·Proactively upselling additional work, services, and Service Plans to enhance the customer experience and support department performance.
 
What We''re Looking For
·Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
·Knowledge of Kerridge, 1Link, Pinnacle, or similar DMS systems.
·Confidence and competency in up selling products or services.
·A full manual UK driving licence (subject to standard driver checks).
