Our client, based in the Runcorn area, need a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer on a short term basis to start straight away. Work will last minimum of 8 weeks.The work is on days working Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm (40 hours) and will pay about 20/hr.The work will last 8-10 weeks.They need someone who is mechanically trained and competent in carrying out mechanical pre-planned and reactive maintenance.Skills and experience in the following would be helpful: Mechanical fault finding from manufacturing sector. MIG/Stik welding skills would also be beneficial. BTEC National/NVQ or equivalent qualifications.
