Senior Hydrogeologist
Location: Shrewsbury (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits

Manpower Engineering is recruiting a Senior Hydrogeologist on behalf of a confidential UK environmental and water consultancy.
This role offers the opportunity to deliver and manage complex hydrogeology, groundwater, water resources and flood risk projects within a respected, multidisciplinary consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hydrogeological and flood risk projects from inception to completion
• Manage multiple projects, including budgets, programmes and resources
• Prepare and review high£quality technical reports and assessments
• Undertake and supervise site investigations and monitoring programmes
• Support fee proposals and business development activities
• Provide technical advice to clients and regulators
• Mentor junior and mid£level team members

About You:

• Degree in Geology or related discipline (MSc in Hydrogeology desirable)
• Proven experience in hydrogeology, groundwater or water resources
• Strong project management and reporting skills
• Working knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Full UK driving licence
