Company description: SGB Job description: Job Title: Receptionist Location: Milton Keynes (Head office) Working hours: Monday and Tuesday (Part time) 7.30am to 4.30pm The first and last person our colleagues, customers and visitors speak to at our HQ - We are seeking a Part time, permanent Receptionist to join our front of house team at Scania GB. You will join a friendly, professional team of receptionists, responsible for creating a positive and lasting impression through excellent communication, organisation and customer service. Responsibilities include: Welcome and greet visitors, clients and contractors in a professional manner Manage incoming calls - answering, screening and directing to the appropriate person or department Oversee visitor administration, including sign-in/out procedures, passes and compliance with health and safety requirements Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and courier arrangements Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing and photocopying Maintain a tidy, presentable and well-stocked reception area Support basic diary and appointment management as required Uphold health and safety and fire procedures, acting as first point of contact in an emergency About you: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across all levels of stakeholders A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage ..... full job details .....
