The Role Your responsibilities will include: Managing the commercial and financial aspects of construction projects. Monitoring project costs, budgets and financial forecasts. Preparing valuations, cost reports and financial updates. Managing subcontractor procurement, payments and final accounts. Identifying and managing variations, contractual issues and commercial risks. Working closely with operational teams to support the successful delivery of projects. Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers. Supporting the wider commercial function and contributing to business performance.
