The Legal Contracts Manager role is essential for supporting the university''s teaching, research, and external engagement activities through expert management of various contracts.Day-to-day of the role:Oversee, review, advise, draft, and negotiate a wide range of higher education agreements, including NDAs, CDAs, MTAs, research collaboration contracts, data sharing agreements, and partnership MOUs.Ensure that all contracts and agreements are reviewed in a timely manner and uploaded to the system.Manage multiple contracts simultaneously, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.Provide expert advice to academic staff, researchers, and professional services on contractual risk, compliance, and commercial considerations.Balance research freedom, institutional risk management, and funder requirements to enable successful partnerships with universities, industry, public bodies, and international institutions.Required Skills and Qualifications:First Degree or equivalent relevant experience in Law.Business or Commercial Law qualification or relevant e
