NPI MANAGER NEEDED IN STOURBRIDGE, WEST MIDLANDS Due to an internal change and slight restructure, a new role has arisen for an NPI Manager to join a long-standing manufacturing business in Stourbridge, West Midlands.This role will be working day shifts Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), and the salary is up to £50,000 per annum (DOE).Anyone who has come from a heavy engineering / foundry / galvanising / castings background would be well received.This would be a good opportunity for someone who has a previous management background within NPI (New Product Introduction), or a Senior NPI Engineer who is looking for that first step into a management role.What You Will Do: Coordinate tooling design and casting methodology to offer clients unparalleled flexibility in component configuration.Monitor cost and maintain the development of a BOM for ERP manufacturing systems, ensuring profitability and competitiveness.Collaborate on CRM systems to track projects and new developments, supporting the optimisation of energy and sustainable manufacturing objectives.Manage cross-functional coordination across multiple departments for tooling manufacture, casting, finishing, and quality assurance.Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using project management tools, providing regular reports and dashboards on project status.Support continuous improvement initiatives in project scheduling and cost control processes, contributing to the company''s strategic planning.
