Working closely with the Head of People and senior leaders, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of the people elements of the programme, ensuring change is managed effectively, compassionately and in accordance with employment legislation and organisational policies. This is a high-impact role requiring strong organisational change, employee relations and stakeholder management expertise. You will provide trusted advice to leaders, managers and employees throughout the change process, helping to ensure that organisational change is delivered fairly, transparently and with employee wellbeing at its heart.
