Due to growth plans for 2021 our client is now looking to recruit an Account Manager / Sales Support to join the business. As an Account Manager, Sales Support Executive you will be responsible for building and maintaining new and old tender opportunities. Supporting the Senior team with tender opportunities for them to contact, quote and close. As an Account Manager, Sales Support Executive you will be responsible for the following tasks: Be the first point of call for customers via email and on the telephone Gain repeat business by calling through to old customers to establish what may have changed and rectify this Manage key client accounts and driving sales growth. Support customers with their billing and account queries. Making any changes to their accounts. Take ownership of sales targets and identifying sales opportunities.
