Key Responsibilities Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students stay focused on set work. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Provide support and encouragement to help students complete their learning activities. Report back to the appropriate teacher on student progress and any issues arising. Contribute positively to the school environment, upholding safeguarding and well-being standards. About You Previous experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting is desirable. Strong behaviour management and communication skills. Ability to engage and motivate students across KS3 and KS4. A flexible, proactive, and professio
