Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Site Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a dynamic and evolving role, ideal for someone with a background in construction and a practical, team-oriented mindset. As the role develops, so too will the responsibilities, offering the right candidate the opportunity to grow and shape the position.

Key Responsibilities:

While the role will expand and evolve over time, initial duties may include:

• Supporting day-to-day coordination of site activities and logistics.

• Conducting regular site checks and reporting findings to management.

• Assisting with welfare facility organisation and ensuring they are maintained.

• Supporting health and safety compliance on site, including documentation and reporting.

• Assisting with site organisation, signage, storage areas, and walkways.

• Working collaboratively with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Acting as a key point of contact for administrative and operational support.

• Being responsive to changes in site demands and adapting support accordingly.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience working on or supporting construction sites.

• Awareness of Health & Safety practices and site welfare considerations.

• Familiarity with plant and site equipment, and general site organisation.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• A hands-on, flexible attitude with the ability to multitask.

• Confidence working both independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to take initiative and evolve with the role.

Desirable (Not Essential):

• CSCS Card or equivalent site-related certification.

• First Aid training.

• Experience conducting H&S inspections or site audits.
